Shipping Policies

1. Shipping Times
Orders are processed within 24 business hours. Delivery normally occurs in:
- France: 2-3 business days
- Germany, Belgium, Netherlands: 3-4 business days
- Rest of Europe: 4-7 business days
2. Shipping Costs
The shipping cost depends on the specific product.Always check the product page to know the exact shipping price before completing the order.
Shipping costs are calculated based on product size, weight and destination.
3. Couriers Used
Shopomatiq SARL relies on the best European couriers to ensure fast and safe deliveries:
- DHL
- DPD
- GLS
- UPS
4. Delivery
Delivery takes place at street level from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
In case of absence:
- The courier will leave a notice of storage
- A second delivery will be attempted
- The package will remain in storage for 5 business days
5. Packaging
All products are carefully packaged using protective and, when possible, eco-sustainable materials.
6. Damage During Transport
In case of obvious damage to the package, it is important to:
- Accept with written reservation on the delivery document
- Photograph the damage
