1. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days of receiving the products, without having to provide any reason.
2. How to Request a Return
To request a return, contact our customer service via the "Support" button in the main menu of the site, clearly specifying the problem encountered.
Our team will guide you through the return procedure most suitable for your situation.
You are not obliged to provide us with the reason for the return, however we kindly ask for it to help us optimize our services and offer you an ever better experience.

3. Conditions for Return
- Products must be intact and in original packaging
- Must not show signs of wear or damage
- Must be complete with all accessories and documentation
- Tags must still be attached
4. Return Costs
Return shipping costs are borne by Shopomatiq SARL, except in cases of "change of mind" returns where costs are borne by the customer.
5. Refund
The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned products, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
6. Legal Guarantee
Independently from the right of withdrawal, all products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity of 24 months provided by the Consumer Code.
